You can type the character you wish to use as the hot key for the selected utility. The hot key enables you to type command+C and then the chosen character.

Choose from this pop-up menu the utility menu whose items you wish to edit.

Click this button to remove the selected utility from the selected menu.
You can double-click a list entry as well.
